At Toronto Parks and Trees Foundation, we believe everyone should have equitable access to green space and the many benefits it provides.
Our Vision is for all people in Toronto to have equitable access to green spaces. This doesn’t just mean more parks and trees. It means a healthy, thriving network of interconnected green spaces that is available and easy for anyone in the city to enjoy.
We incorporate our values into all aspects of the work that we do. We foster a spirit of collaboration, innovation, integrity and inclusivity, with sustainability, integrity, transparency and accountability at the forefront of our operations.
Our Mission is to foster a culture of collaboration city-wide and to facilitate, fund, and support green space enhancement projects that improve the quality of life for all people in Toronto.
We work in partnership with the City of Toronto, community groups, neighbourhoods, individuals, and the business community to reimagine local parks and improve the health of Toronto’s urban forest by supporting tree planting and stewardship efforts.
We are grateful for the guidance and support of this group of committed individuals who work hard to fulfill the vision of the Toronto Parks and Trees Foundation.
